Tanat's Bristols
Tanat ran seven RE's altogether between 1990 to 1994.
Five are pictured below.
At the bottom is a picture of the only VR Tanat owned.
They also had a Bristol RE chassis for a while which belonged to BBM 715A.

Went to Badgerline in 01/86.
Bought by Tanat in 08/90
Withdrawn by 04/94
Sold 04/94 to Wheels, Nuneaton.
Then in 10/94 to Delta, Stockton,
07/95 to Cleveland Transit (non-runner),
08/95 to Norths, Sherburn-in-Elmet (dealer),
01/96 to Whiting, Ferrybridge (dealer),
Then scrapped.

Went to Reed & Riggott, Brierley (dealer) around 06/90.
Bought by Tanat in 09/90
Withdrawn in 08/93
sold c11/93 Hartlepool Transport (non-runner)
Then scrapped.

With Midland General by 07/73.
Bought by Trent in 10/76.
In 8/89 West Sussex Education Authority, Chichester bought it.
Bought by Tanat in 05/91.
Sold in 04/92 to Northern Bus, Anston (non-runner).
By 1993, PVS, Carlton (dealer) had it.
Then scrapped.

In 04/74, belonged to Rhymney Valley District Council.
Sometime in 1986 it passed to Inter Valley Link.
Burnley & Pendle Catholic Youth Society (non-PSV) bought it in 04/89.
In 12/89, to Cartmell, Burnley.
In 03/90 Evans, Tregaron had it.
04/90 belonged to Danks (Metrowest), Coseley.
Bought by Tanat in 09/91.
Withdrawn in 03/93.
Sold in 04/93 to Worthen, Minsterly.
By 09/95 it as extinct.

New to Bristol Omnibus Co. in 03/73.
In 01/86 belonged to Badgerline.
By 07/91, Munden (Crown), St. Phillips had bought it.
Tanat purchased in 03/92.
Withdrawn by 04/94.
Sold to Wheels, Nuneaton in 04/94.
Passed to Delta, Stockton in 10/94.
Scrapped by 04/98.

New to London and Country in 05/77.
In 11/80 bought by Bristol Omnibus Co.
Badgerline had it from 01/86.
Munden (Crown), St. Phillips bought it from Badgerline, but it is not known when.
Tanat bought it in 03/92.
Withdrawn in 08/93 and sold to Martin, Middlewich (dealer).
Passed to Fletcher (B & D Travel), Hazel Grove in 09/93
Then in 06/95 to Frost & Keating, Stockport.
By 01/96 it was with ‘Disco Express’ mobile disco (non-PSV).
06/96 it became a mobile advertisement unit – Holsten Pills (non-PSV).
Noble, Hill & Milson, Marple accquired it in 11/01.
11/01 Still in use as mobile advertisement unit – Holsten Pills (non-PSV).
